About This Site

Believe it or not, veterinarians would rather not see sick pets. We'd much rather help you keep them from becoming ill in the first place. Sometimes you need our knowledge and experience to catch problems before they get out of hand - that's why regular wellness visits are so important.

But in between those visits, it's our responsibility to make sure you know as much as possible to keep your furry family members on track. And when pets do get sick, it's also our job to make sure you understand what the problem is and what we're trying to do about it. After all, once we diagnose and prescribe treatment, most of the time you are the one doing the real work of medicating and nursing at home. That's what this site is about - educating people on how to keep pets healthy, and why it's so important to see your vet and follow their instructions when they do get sick.
